1. Scope of this notice

AEG Lead Solutions serves insurance professionals exploring lead programs. This notice covers visitors to our public website and information provided to AEG through its inquiry form, email, and related support communications. It also describes inquiries received through the AEG Lead Solutions Facebook Page.

Agent inquiries are separate from the consumer lead records offered through lead programs. Statements in this notice about agent inquiry information do not describe whether a purchased consumer lead is exclusive or shared.

This notice does not replace the privacy notices, purchase agreements, or other disclosures presented within the separate OPT platform.

2. Information you provide

Our inquiry form requests your first name, last name, email address, selected lead program, preferred territory, approximate quantity, and questions. Your telephone number is optional.

We also receive information you choose to provide in correspondence, such as your business name, an order reference, or details needed to address your question. Our inquiry management system stores the submission, creates a related conversation, and captures the submitter’s time zone.

Please do not enter consumer lead records, Social Security numbers, medical information, passwords, or payment-card details into our public inquiry form or ordinary email.

3. How we use inquiry information

When you submit the AEG Lead Solutions inquiry form, your submitted information is stored in our inquiry management system and sent by email to [email protected] for review by Andreas Andreanidis on behalf of Andreas Empire Group LLC.

We also send an acknowledgment to the email address you provide. This confirmation acknowledges your inquiry and may include the details you submitted. Please make sure your email address is correct.

Andreas reviews your request and follows up with you directly using the contact details you provide. We use this information to discuss the lead program you asked about and handle related support questions.

Submitting an inquiry does not create an OPT account, place an order, reserve territory, or guarantee lead availability. It does not provide blanket permission for unrelated promotional messages.

You may tell us if you no longer want follow-up about your inquiry by replying to our communication or contacting the email address below.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Agent inquiry information stays with AEG and the service providers supporting our website, form, inquiry management, and correspondence. Our hosted inquiry form and related records are supported by LeadConnector. Our email service providers also process submission notifications, acknowledgment emails, and correspondence to deliver and store these communications.

We do not forward agent inquiry details to OPT or lead suppliers, and we do not share agents’ inquiry contact information with other companies for those companies’ own marketing.

Provider processing needed to operate our website and form is distinct from forwarding your inquiry to a lead supplier. Technical information associated with visiting the website is described below.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal process, or as legally permitted to investigate fraud, address security incidents, or protect rights and safety.

5. OPT registration and payments

If you choose to register or purchase, you leave our public inquiry flow and enter the separate OPT-hosted platform. You provide registration and payment information directly through that platform. AEG receives buyer payments through OPT.

Review the privacy notices and agreements presented there before registering or purchasing. This public inquiry form does not collect payment-card details. OPT account and transaction records are separate from the website inquiry records described here.

6. Website technology and technical information

Hosting and embedded services may process technical information needed to deliver pages, operate forms, measure performance, and protect against abuse. This may include an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request timing.

The homepage loads Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics. The embedded inquiry form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile for protection against automated submissions and abuse.

The hosted inquiry form references Meta/Facebook’s fbevents.js and a LeadConnector pixel.js script. A script reference alone does not establish that advertising events or submitted form information are transmitted to Meta.

On October 3, 2026, our website and form provider’s support team confirmed, after checking the AEG Lead Solutions website inquiry form, that it does not send contact information, visitor identifiers, or advertising events to Meta/Facebook through server-side processing or connected integrations.

A browser network test on the same date recorded no requests matching “facebook” during website viewing and inquiry submission. This observation is limited to that test and is not a claim that the website uses no analytics or processes no technical information.

You can manage cookies and site permissions through your browser. Restricting scripts or storage may affect website or form functionality. You may contact us at [email protected] if you prefer not to use the embedded form.

7. Retention and security

Agent inquiry submissions and related contact and conversation records remain in our inquiry management system until manually deleted. There is no automatic one-month deletion rule or fixed deletion deadline for these records.

Copies of submitted information may also be retained in notification emails and related correspondence. Deleting a record from our inquiry management system does not automatically delete separate email copies. Completing an inquiry does not automatically delete its records.

Requests for deletion are considered in light of applicable obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs. OPT account and purchase records are subject to separate practices and requirements.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep sensitive consumer information out of the inquiry form and ordinary email.

8. Privacy questions and requests

Contact [email protected] with questions about this notice or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided to AEG.

Include a description of your request and the email address used for your inquiry. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in your initial message.

Available rights, verification requirements, response deadlines, and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. To question a response or request further review, contact the same email address.

9. Facebook and external services

If you contact AEG through its Facebook Page, we receive the information you make available through your message or interaction and use it to address your request.

If you follow a Facebook link to our website and submit our website inquiry form, the submission is handled as described in this notice.

Facebook and other external services operate under their own privacy notices. Links to OPT or other services do not mean this notice replaces those services’ notices.

10. Intended audience and updates

This website is intended for adult insurance professionals and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain appropriate permission.
